STEP BY STEP

We offer a wide variety of services that all together make up a complete process. We understand every collaboration as a sum of different phases, where each step reflects an essential aspect of the project. The quality of our images lies in the attention we devote to each part of this process.

Our process and the work we develop has the client and their needs at its core. Collaboration formats can be adapted to the client’s requirements, paying attention to time and deadlines and special needs of the project, in order to have your ideas be shown as you imagine.

Here’s our process and services we offer

Our workflow is defined by a standar process that has been developed during our working years. This process has as its main principle the eficiency in the representation of a project, based on the experience with the different studios and promotors we have collaborated with. Nonetheless, we also offer each part of the process separately, in case you only need one of our services.


1. 3D MODELING + BIM CONSULTING

After obtaining the 2D graphical documentation of the project (plans, sections, handmade drawings etc.), we start modeling the project to generate the 3D that will be used to obtain the needed information and graphical representation. In this first stage, we offer the possibility of developing different design options, in case the project is still open. In addition, we provide a BIM service, helping others to develop their projects according to BIM standards, generating an intelligent model from which to extract all kinds of information.


2. POINTS OF VIEW + STYLE AND LIGHTNING REFERENCES

Once the main geometry of the 3D model is finished, the spaces that will be represented are selected, as well as some lightning and style references to ensure the overall look we want for the images/videos. Some options will be offered in order to chose the final points of view (or pathways for virtual tours), in addition to the requested daytime and climatology.


3. GENERAL COMPOSITION + MATERIALS AND TEXTURES

After chosing the points of view and lightning aspects, the materials of the surfaces will be defined. We offer the posibility to consider different finishes and material combinations. Moreover, the environmental conditions will be stablished and elements such as people and vegetation will be set. The resulting images will be sent and the customer will make the appropriate corrections in order to obtain the final composition.


4. POST-PRODUCTION + FINAL CORRECTIONS

Once the corrections are made and the images are modified according to the final composition, we will enter to the post-production process, where the finishing touches will be added. The customer will propose the ultimate suggestions and the last details of lightning or reflection effects and other ambiental aspects will be included in the final image, in high resolution.


5. EXTRA GRAPHICAL DOCUMENTATION

Besides the perspective images, we offer the possibility to obtain some extra graphical documentation out of the initial 3D model, such as video and animations, virtual tours and explanatory diagrams. Our biggest aim is to create the information needed to get your projects be shown explained in the best possible way.
